Since it was Cocktail Hour at some places, I suggested checking out STK. We walked in and were seated immediately in the bar area. They have seven food items on their list, but were out of three of them, so we ordered one of each of the rest. All their specialty cocktails are more than half off during this time, so we both ordered one. (Normally they're $23.) Mine was nicely balanced. I enjoyed it. The food was pretty good. They gave us complimentary bread with blue cheese butter and a dip. The shrimp cocktail and scallop ceviche were a good size. The portion for the sea bass was tiny tho. Basically like a canape or an amuse you would get at a fancy michelin place. I kinda wished they had the other three items since I really wanted to try them - Salmon Sliders, Grilled Chimi Filet, Beef Tartare. Found it odd they ran out 30 mins into HH. Wonder what would have been left for the people who got here at 5pm. Fine place for HH. Tho if I ever find myself back, hopefully they'll actually have the seven HH food items. REVIEW #3486

This restaurant in the Cosmo was everything I expected and more. Don't expect to have a great conversation here as the music is bumpin' but the ambiance and people watching was fun. Everything my group tried was incredible. Between the 2 salads, to the Steak, to the sides, to the desserts. Isaac was our server and took care of all our needs. I would request his section for the next visit.

Came here for a friend's birthday dinner and it was a good experience! The ambiance is really nice and had a sort of night lounge/club feel to it. We had a big party so our table was accommodating to fit all of us. We were first served their house bread which looked good and was easily tearable. Definitely a staple to get. I ordered the skirt steak and it was cooked well to how I like it, medium rare so this was good. However, I wish they did give a side salad or veggies to pair with the steak. My friend got the short rib and it was super flavorful with the corn salad. They made a mistake with the mac and cheese orders and let us have these 3 for free which was very nice of them. I tried the lobster mac and loved the pasta shells used. Next for dessert we got the STK donuts which were super decadent and rich. I was already full by the end of my steak but overall this place was nice.

It's a happening place, great pop music from 70s to current was playing in the background. We had a fantastic night at STK Steakhouse courtesy of the ever fabulous and generous Mr. Charles! I had the Chilean sea bass that was grilled to perfection the bokchoy underneath was the perfect partner in flavor for this dish. , and the fresh ingredients in the Caesar salad really shine through. The sweet cornbread stuffing was flavorful side dish that blended with the entrees we enjoyed. Server and crew were extra attentive, just what you expect at a posh restaurant It was definitely a wonderful experience at STK Steakhouse!

Really enjoyed their happy hour here on our Saturday night arrival into town. Tried several of their happy hour cocktails at a bargain price of $11 and a few of their $7 food specials- drinks are definitely the better value. Our favorite was the Cucumber Stilleto -a very refreshing drink. The Spiced Watermelon was definitely spicy-you might want to go light on the jalapeño. Food wise, the ceviche was tasty and the Seabass was excellent (all 2 bites of it- it's a very tiny portion). The Lil' BRG was just ok. Their complementary bread had a blue cheese glaze and was pretty good. Definitely come here for their happy hour. Rachel our server was amazing. Good music! Mainly remixes of 80's &!90's hits

Quality/Quantity - Came here for $7 Happy Hour. Everything on the HH menu is $7. I have come here for dinner a few times and all my experiences were good. It has been a while since then. HH Jalapeño Pickled Shrimp Cocktail - This was really good. Well that is what my buddy told me as he did not let me try even one bite... Well in his defense, the portions reflect tapa style, small bites. HH Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass - If you are following, you know I have been on a huge sea bass "kick." Unfortunately this one did not meet my expectations; it was not even as good as Costco, sorry. HH Lil' Brg* & Truffle Fries - We thought this was just fries, the slider was an extra treat. My favorite of the HH. And of course wine: HH Cabernet Blend, Justin Isosceles, Paso Robles, CA - Lots and lots of glasses of wine... Atmosphere - Beautiful decor. See pictures. Even the bathrooms are beautiful, cool, and hip. Service - Good. Price - $90 + generous tip. This amount really reflects all the wine we drank, not the food... Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since your IPO in 2013 with your 22 US locations, 28+ locations worldwide. We have only been to a few of your restaurants, I need to do a better job Yelping them, LOL. Well I am supposed to cut back on red meat... Parent company - One Group who also owns Kona Grill (40+ locations).

Jesus was our server and tonight was my husband's birthday. Our several was amazing and he gave us great recommendations.

Ok food, fantastic service I must believe I got unlucky with my $107 ribeye steak that, I knew was rather on the rare side while I was eating it but once I got toward the bone was entirely inedible and fully red. I had to say something to the server then manager, who righted the wrong with a pleasant filet which I still had room for to eat. Cordial along the way the service at the STK do well to create a pleasant experience for those that order what the kitchen perhaps aren't equipped to fully deliver on given the steep prices. It's a weird thing going on here, but I guess that's just what you get with Vegas. Ah, and they comped by second glass of wine, too. They really try to please you given the insanely overpriced steaks!

Last night, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at STK Restaurant and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant is modern and chic, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. The dim lighting and stylish decor added to the overall luxurious feel of the place. The menu at STK is a culinary masterpiece, offering a wide range of options to satisfy every palate. The service at STK is top-notch. Our server Polanco is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any requests. Our bussers David & Roy always made sure our tables were cleaned. Our sommelier Sam provided excellent recommendations on wine knowledge and the manager Anthony ensured that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of. Overall, our experience at STK Restaurant was exceptional. The combination of delectable food, impeccable service, and stylish ambiance made for a truly memorable evening. I highly recommend STK to anyone looking for a fine dining experience that will exceed all expectations.
